Victor Redcenco was born on November 4, 1960 in Aleksandrovsk, Sakhalin region

Studies:

In 1983 he graduated from the Technical University of Moldova, Faculty of Microelectronics and Computers.

Professional activity:

• 17.11.1983 – 20.11.1985 – military service;
• 27.12.1985 – 17.06.1988 – process engineer within “Microprovod” factory, Chisinau;
• 20.06.1988 – 24.04.2001 – engineer, chief engineer, head of the Department of Computing Centre of the Information Directorate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• 01.08.2001 – 26.03.2002 – chief of the Department of complex technical exploitation, the State Enterprise “Registru”, the Information Technologies Department;
• 10.02.2003 – 26.08.2005 – chief of the Information System Department of the Centre for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption;
• 29.08.2005 – 03.12.2006 – chief engineer of the  State Enterprise “Registru” State Registers Centre, Ministry of Information Development, the Republic of Moldova;
• 04.12.2006 – present time –chief engineer of the State Enterprise “State Information Resources Centre “Registru”.
