Main tasks and functions:

Regional Office (central zone) is one of the basic structures of Training Department of the SE” SIRC” Registru”. Its main task is to train and instruct the collaborators of the SE” SIRC” Registru”, who activate in the subordinate region, for the process of implementation and exploitation of the state registers and other information systems. Central and southern zones are subordinate territories of this very office.

Main functions of the office:

• To carry out courses on efficient computer usage to  the collaborators of the ministry, subordinate institutions and organizations;
• to test applicants for vacancies within the SE” SIRC” Registru” and the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication:
• to assert the citizens that took courses and prequalification in training centers, as well as qualified employees, that either do not have certificates on access to computer, but are willing to get them, or have expired certificates and want to prolong them.
• to carry out courses on state and foreign languages learning;
• to elaborate the lesson packet;
• to organize the activity of the Centres of Public Internet Access.

In order to increase the level of population education via the electronic technologies implementation and simplification of the access to the information and communication technologies, Centres of Public Internet Access (CPIA) are built up within territorial subdivisions of the Training Department of the SE” SIRC” Registru”. So far, such a centre activates in Chisinau within Regional Office (central zone) on 7, Mitropolit Gurie Grosu str.

CPIA aims namely at providing of facile access to Internet to all citizens, that do not have access to the information resources, as well as at increasing of the education level of the citizens that have access to the information and communication technologies.

 CPIA tasks:

• to provide access to Internet;
• to send and receive information by e-mail;
• to carry out on-line debates within the forums of the MITC;
• to master Microsoft Office and Power Point;
• to carry out courses on Internet use and information technologies mastering.

Basing on the A MMII № 024774 license, issued by the Licensing Chamber of the Republic of Moldova, Regional Office (central zone) offers to the population chargeable short-term courses on foreign languages learning and computer use.
