State Register of Legal Entities

Automated Information System “State Register of Legal Entities” (AIS “SRLE”) is a unified system of evidence and documentation of all structures, which have the status of legal entities (by definition according to EUROSTAT recommendations), – bodies of public authority, enterprises, public associations, parties and other socio-political organizations, trade unions, confessional associations and religious cults, associations of co-owners in condominium, certain categories of persons who offer services (notaries, lawyers), hereinafter referred to as "legal entity".

AIS “SRLE” is designed for collection, processing, storage, update and analysis of data concerning legal entities by providing this information to state governance bodies with the purpose of enhancing administration processes.

AIS “SRLE” contains the following system components:

central component of state control over the collection, storage and use of information resources concerning legal entities ("LEGAL ENTITIES CONTROL ");
component of automated evidence of state run public authorities ("AUTHORITY");
component of automated evidence and control of enterprises and public organizations ("ENTERPRISES AND ORGANIZATIONS ");
component of automated evidence and control of individual entrepreneurs ("PATENT");
component of automated evidence and control of stamps ("STAMP");
component of automated evidence and control of licenses ("LICENSE");
component of automated evidence and control of juridical address ("ADDRESS").

The objects of evidence and control are:
а) the following categories of legal entities:

state run public authorities;
enterprises, including the full spectrum of economic units;
public associations, enclosing all types of citizens associations;
parties and socio-political organizations, including all types of political associations;
trade unions;
parts of religious cults, embracing various types of confessional associations;
associations of co-owners in condominium;
certain categories of persons, who offer services (notaries, lawyers);

b) documents, considered within AIS “SRLE”:

documents registration;
single license;
machine readable documents;
technological documents;

с) blanks of strict evidence;
d) stamps.

The identifier of the object “legal entity” is the State Identification Number of Organization (IDNO), which represents a set of 13 digital symbols, arranged in strict order.

IDNO is assigned to each legal entity while primarily entering data concerning it into the AIS “SRLE” and it remains unchanged throughout the period of data existence. It is also being entered in all the documents related to this legal entity and it is represented on the stamp.
