17 persons have requested the services of the mobile documentation office to apply for identity documents and 5 more persons have requested the delivery of certain documents to a specific address. These are the figures obtained following the implementation of two new services by the State - owned Enterprise “Center for State Information Resources “Registru”.

The following services are available by means of the mobile documentation office: ordering of identity documents (ID card, accompanying sheet, passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, temporary identity document), registration of the domicile /residence, as well as persons’ registration with the assignment of the IDNP (identification number of person).

At this point the mobile documentation office can be ordered using Internet or by calling 25-70-70 - unique number of the Call Center or simply by filing a request at any Office (bureau) for population evidence and documentation. Cost of the service is 450 lei.

“Delivery of produced documents to the requested address within Chisinau municipality” service has been implemented with the purpose of optimizing the system of documentation services rendering and ensures prompt and safe transportation of the document or set of documents to the applicant’s domicile/address within the range of Chisinau municipality.

The following documents may be delivered to the designated address:

• Identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova,
• Passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova.
• Certificates on blanks with special security features (AD series), containing information from the State Register of Population,
• Driver’s license,
• Certificate confirming the possession of the vehicle (on blank with special security features),
• Certificate confirming the possession of driver’s license containing the relevant categories (in form of a letter),
• Verification results concerning the possibility of vehicle registration and drivers’ documentations, if the original registration documents are lost or damaged or based of their copies (in form of a letter).

The cost of delivery to Chisinau sectors is 60 lei, to the outskirts of Chisinau – 100 lei.

Outside Chisinau municipality the delivery of the identity documents (identity card and passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova) is carried out by means of the postal network.
