Administration of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication and of the State Enterprise “State Information Resources Centre “Registru” held a meeting with Mr. Sebastian Foo, Executive Consultant of IDA International of the Republic of Singapore, to inform the guest about the SE “SIRC “Registru” activity and determine new mutual cooperation projects between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Singapore.

The SE “SIRC “Registru” specialists presented the most important tasks of the Ministry and enterprise, history, interconnection between these two institutions, common projects and performances. The specialists also demonstrated the possibility of State register of population integration with other registers through the Retrieval Information System „Acces-web”.

The Portal of electronic services of SE “SIRC “Registru” generated an important subject of discussion among the parties. Mr. Sebastian Foo received answers to a lot of questions concerning methodology of information system elaboration, number, terms and costs of services rendered by the enterprise and applications used for services rendering.

Mr. Sebastian Foo, representative of IDA International Company of the Republic of Singapore is visiting the Republic of Moldova during July 1-6, 2010, with the goal to offer assistance for e-Transformation launching, creation of electronic Government Centre and identification of cooperation projects for the accomplishment of Intention Agreement between the Republic of Moldova Government and IDA International.
