On March 16-18, 2010, at the request of the International Centre for Migration Policy Development and according to the plan of elaboration and implementation of the Project “Strengthening Capacities and Cooperation in the Identification of Forged and Falsified Travel Documents at the Moldova-Romania border”, financed by the European Union, within the State Enterprise “SIRC “Registru”, the Workshop “Development of training curricula and development/updating of manuals on document security” is held. The Workshop brought together experts from the European Union Border Assistance Mission, representatives from Hungary, Holland, Romania and the Republic of Moldova institutions (Border Service, Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication, Ministry of Internal Affairs and others).
The Workshop main purpose consists in elaboration and implementation of training curricula and manuals on documents’ security. Thus, within the seminar various brainstormings are to be organized in order to ensure the effectiveness of the process of information exchange on the training plan elaboration, determination of localities, persons and technical equipment, necessary to perform the process mentioned above.
This Seminar continues the Workshop “EU recommended practice and development of information exchange mechanism”, held within the SE “SIRC “Registru” on February 23-25, 2010.
