The State Enterprise “State Information Resources Centre “Registru” announces the launching of a new version of the electronic services portal - www.e-services.md.

The portal main objective is to offer to the Republic of Moldova citizens the possibility to order documents remotely. On-line rendering of services is one of the key-elements of the policy of services offering with consideration for the citizens’ interests, as people can choose by themselves when and how to get this kind of services.

The procedure of any document ordering consists of six stages, which are explained in detail on the new portal: service selecting, authentication, filling in the form, confirmation, payment and service accomplishment.

The application form for official documents issuance is filled by means of balloon helps that come up on the screen and various links disposed next to each field. Therefore the procedure of documents ordering is much simpler. Every field filled in by user is accompanied by detailed comments.

The updated portal version comprises a new brand block “Feedback” that will carry out terminal polling, as the users’ opinions towards these services are really important for further development of the portal and for operative detection of the emerged problems.

The block “FAQ” (Frequent Asked Questions) has been implemented. This block, which is imperative for all state sites, will include the list of the most frequently asked questions and answers to these questions offered by the specialists of the State Enterprise “State Information Resources Centre “Registru”.

You can check the way your order is being performed by entering the compartment “Order status”. For this purpose You have to insert in the appropriate field the number of your order that you are given automatically when performing the order.

The portal operates in two languages – Romanian and Russian. Soon the English version will be implemented.

The complete list of all available services is displayed on the new version of the electronic services portal - www.e-services.md. The list will be updated constantly.
