The General Director of the SE “SIRC “Registru”, Vladimir Molojen, held a meeting with the representatives of the Hungary National Police. The purpose of their visit consisted in familiarization with the enterprise activities, documents security issues, production technologies of identity cards, passports and other documents, as well as with the forged documents identification methods.
Within the meeting Mr. Molojen mentioned that the SE “SIRC “Registru” cooperates with the Visa Issuance Common Center, and that the National Center for Personal Data Protection was created on the analogy of the Hungary Center.
Since 90’s we have cooperated with specialists from Hungary in elaboration of information systems and resources of state significance, namely in elaboration of the State Register of Population, and followed all processes of the Hungarian State Register of Population, - said Mr. Molojen.
The guests got acquainted with the enterprise history, its policies, strategy and projects. Today we are elaborators of automated information systems, and possess the exclusive right to produce identity documents of strict evidence, elaborated in accordance with international standards, - added Mr. Molojen.
The state registers integration mechanism was demonstrated by means of the AIS “ACCES-web”. The SE “SIRC “Registru” undertakes great responsibilities as it is the only holder of information on the Republic of Moldova citizens. AIS “ACCES-web” ensures limited access to personal data in accordance with the legislation in force. Also the guests visited the production center of the SE “SIRC “Registru”, where they got acquainted with the production technologies of identity cards and passports, as well as with the methods of their protection.
The representatives of the Hungary National Police highly appreciated the efforts of enterprise collaborators in elaboration of projects of state significance and laws, and namely the Law “On personal data protection”.
