The representatives of the SE “SIRC “Registru” held a meeting with the representatives of the Technical and forensic directorate within the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to study and examine identity cards, passports, internal and international driving licenses, issued to citizens of the Republic of Moldova and citizens temporary or permanently residing on the territory of our country.

The guests got acquainted with the mechanisms, techniques and materials for documents production, as well as with the level of personal data protection.

The development of scientific and technical progress, modernization of computer hardware, increasing of cases of economic fraud contributed to elaboration of new technologies for producing identity cards, passports and driving licenses.

The representatives of the Ministry visited the Production Center of the Enterprise, where they have possibility to see the process of documents production on practice.

The specialists of the SE “SIRC “Registru” responded to a number of questions concerning the procedure of data verification, comparing them with the data from the AIS “ACCES”, in order to improve the activity on control, obtain practical skills on documents authenticity determination, as well as to make objective decisions.

By the end of the meeting the parties agreed that the SE “SIRC “Registru” will inform the Technical and forensic directorate within the Ministry of Internal Affairs about all innovations.
