Dear Mr. Molojen!

On behalf of the participants of the RCC 23/29 joint Commission on managing of radio spectrum usage and ---- on satellite communications, television and audio broadcasting, and the Working Group under these Commissions, let me thank you personally, the Organizing Committee, members of the Comminications Administration of the Republic of Moldova, other enterprises and services for excellent organization of the most important activities of the RCC, which took place on September 17 - 20 in Chisinau, because namely in these days the RCC Communications Administrations finished preparation actions for the ITU World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-07).

Thanks to the well coordinated work of the Republic of Moldova Communication Administration, creation of business and friendly atmosphere and all the problems were successfully solved.

The participants of the meetings unanimously noted that the meetings, which took place in the Republic of Moldova, expressed them very much, and extremely warm and cordial welcome, excellent cultural program allowed them in such short period of time to get acquainted with the natural colors of your country and reverent attitude toward protection of original traditions of your people.

Also I would like to thank you for your attention to matters and tasks of the regional community, which you have paid during our personal meetings.

I would like to thank the organizing committee and specialists of your organizations involved in these activities, and would ask you to consider the possibility of their financial incentives.

I express my hope on our soon meeting in November at the leaders council meeting in Astana.
