Dear Mr. Molojen!
Let me thank you once again for invitation to participate in meetings of the RCC Working Group and Commission, devoted to preparations for the 2007 World Radiocommunication Conference and the 2007 Radiocommunication Assembly.
The information, received by the Radiocommunication Bureau, enabled a better understanding of challenges of the RCC countries and approaches, offered by the Regional community for solving these problems within the activities of the International Telecommunication Union, which will take place in October and November.
It must be noted that you have successfully combined meetings of the RCC working bodies with productive exchange of views on a number of important problems on overcoming of the digital divide and creation of modern information society.
I want to thank you for opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the next stage of development of your favorite brainchild - state information system, which raises feelings of sincere admiration not only by realized stages, but also by clarity of plans for future development, which, of course, will be realized.
The team of your personnel handled well the organization of meetings, as well as the socio-cultural activities. I want to thank you for selecting such a team that managed to create a warm, friendly and at the same time business atmosphere.
We look forward to further fruitful cooperation with you in our common matter - rational and effective management of radio frequency spectrum usage, as well as elaboration and implementation of new information and communication technologies. You can always count on support of the ITU Radiocommunication Bureau in solving the problems you face in carrying out this difficult mission.
