Dear Mr. Molojen!

On behalf of the RCC Executive Committee, let me express you and the personnel of the Ministry of Information Development and SE «Registru» sincere appreciation for preparation and organization at high-level the 3rd meeting of High Level Working Group on Information Technologies and new generation passport and visa documents of the Coordinating Council of CIS Member - States on Informatization under the RCC (October 11-12, 2007, Chisinau).

Due to this event, held in the Republic of Moldova, the participants had possibility to explore the country's experiences and achievements in development of information systems of new generation passport and visa documents, which may be used in other CIS member-states, where such systems have been already introduced.

The participants of the meeting showed a great interest toward the Republic of Moldova achievements in development of information and communication technologies and building of information society, in particular on elaboration and implementation of the "ACCES" information system, the governmental portal, as well as other automated information systems that were demonstrated during the visit to the Ministry of Information Development of the Republic of Moldova.

The members of High Level Working Group appreciated the hospitality and cordial welcome of the host country, the business atmosphere that encouraged the decisions making within the meeting, as well as the opportunity to become acquainted with the culture and traditions of the Republic of Moldova population.

Let me once again thank you for your support in organization of this event and active work of the Communications Administration of the Republic of Moldova within the RCC, as well as to express hope for further fruitful cooperation.
