Dear Mr. Molojen!

On behalf of the RCC Communications Administration let me express my sincere appreciation and thank you and the personnel of the Ministry of Information Development for excellent organization of the “Economic viability of postal network” international seminar for the RCC Communication Administration specialists, and the joint meeting of the RCC Commission on postal communications and RCC Union of postal communications operators on January 16-18, Chisinau.

During these activities, the participants had possibility to take an active part in discussion of issues, to identify joint actions on important areas of functioning of the inter-state post communications, as well as to exchange experience. Much attention was paid to the joint preparation of the RCC Communication Administration for the 24-th UPU Congress.

The RCC Representatives of Communications and postal services Administration and the RCC Executive Committee thank you and your personnel for opportunity to become acquainted with the culture of the Moldovan population, its rich historical and spiritual heritage.

Dear Mr. Molojen, let me hope for our further fruitful cooperation within RCC for ensuring the development of communications means and successful implementation of decisions, taken in Chisinau.
