Automated Information System “Personal”

The Automated Information System “Personal” is aimed at autoimmunization of the Enterprise’s activities in the field of personnel administration; it enables automated recording of changing in the Enterprise’s staff, carrying out of staff’s personal cases, planning and taking into account the destination and movements of the personnel within the staff structure, as well as automatically creating and typing of orders and reports.

The system consists of three parts:

1. The “PERSONNEL” database – personnel data storage;
2. “Personal ARM” the Automated workplace of the personnel service specialist;
3. Web-interface of access of the supervisory personnel to the “Web-personal” personnel data.
